1. Shipping & Delivery
At Tech N Tone, we utilize a streamlined fulfillment network in partnership with South Africa’s leading audio distributors to ensure your equipment arrives safely and efficiently.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery within South Africa takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location (major centers generally experience faster turnaround times than outlying regional areas).

Our Courier Network: We utilize the Bob Go logistics network (primarily routing through The Courier Guy) for fully tracked, insured freight.

Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched from our local warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking waybill number so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.

2. Returns & Refunds
We operate with a strictly solutions-driven approach, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit.

7-Day Cooling-Off Period: In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you may return unused equipment within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Conditions: To qualify for a “change of mind” return, the equipment must be completely unopened, with all original factory seals intact. Because we deal in high-end pro-audio and professional instruments, we cannot accept returns on items that have been unboxed, tested, or registered, as they can no longer be sold as new.

Return Shipping Costs: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return courier fees. A handling fee may apply if the packaging is damaged upon return.

3. Warranties & Out-of-Box Failures (OBF)
We stand by the professional grade of the equipment we sell.

Manufacturer Warranties: All products sold by Tech N Tone carry the official South African distributor warranty (typically 12 months, brand dependent). Warranty claims are facilitated by us but are subject to assessment by the official distributor’s technical repair department.

Out-of-Box Failure (OBF): If your unit arrives dead or displays a factory fault within the first 7 days of delivery, please contact our support team immediately. We will arrange for the collection of the faulty unit and expedite a replacement once the fault is confirmed by the distributor.
