- Spam & Security Verification: Form submissions are routed through our invisible automated spam detection services (including Google reCAPTCHA v3) to protect our website infrastructure.
How long we retain your data

- Order History: For administrative, warranty, and tax accounting purposes (SARS compliance), we retain customer purchase history, billing, and shipping information indefinitely.
- Registered Accounts: For users that register an account on our website, we store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their core username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
- Reviews: If you leave a product review, the review and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left reviews, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Under the South African Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
